CAIVIS Acquisition Corporation was founded in 2007 in response to a market inefficiency that left many profitable companies unable to seek capital from hedge funds, venture capital funds, and private equity funds. In response to that inefficiency, CAIVIS formed XL Education Corp., an online customer acquisition vehicle serving the education industry through a series of acquisitions and strategic partnerships in 2008 and 2009. In 2010, CAIVIS will continue to pursue acquisitions of small to mid size internet marketing and technology companies that are profitable and EBITDA positive. We are based in the historic Georgetown area of Washington, DC.

XL Education Corp. is uniquely positioned to capitalize on the rapid growth in online higher education. Over 3.9 million students took at least one online course during the fall 2007 term, a 12 percent increase over the number reported the previous year, and 10 times the 1.2 percent growth rate of the overall higher education student population. Online education will only continue to grow as lingering unemployment spurs addition enrollment, and volatile fuel prices lead more students to choose online education.
XL Marketing is a next-generation direct response marketing company offering a full suite of multi-channel products and services. The company works with leading brands to identify prospects, turn them into high-quality leads and convert them into sales. It continues to leverage its asset base to make opportunistic acquisitions in online direct marketing, acquiring and building upon existing companies and growing our core business. By adopting and refining new marketing methodologies, XL Marketing develops new verticals and integrates and expands them across all of its platforms.
